We had a fantastic stay at D, Life Hotel & Apartment. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. They may have had difficulty communicating in English, but they made up for it by using the app to assist us. the room was spotless and well, maintained. the highlight of our stay was the lovely café on the 1st floor. the staff there was simply amazing, going above and beyond to help us, despite their limited English skills. They even lent us money during the Super Typhoon Noru when the ATM machines were locked down.

During my recent stay at D-Life Hotel & Apartment, I was impressed by the cleanliness and reasonable condition of the room. The staff, despite some language barriers, provided friendly and helpful service, even going above and beyond to assist me during the Super Typhoon Noru. I would recommend this hotel.

The room at this hotel was clean and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel provided a helpful app for communication with staff members who had limited English proficiency.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. One challenge was that it took a long time for hot water to come out in the shower, depending on the time of day.

Room is clean and staff are friendly. The staff provided good service with a very good response. The hotel is in a key location, close to popular attractions. Another advantage was the availability of an app for communication.
There were some minor issues during our stay. Depending on the time, it took a long time for hot water to come out.

The café on the first floor was a cozy and inviting place to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, despite their limited English skills. They even lent us money during a typhoon when the ATMs were inaccessible. The room was clean and reasonably priced, with attentive service.
The hot water took a long time to heat up, depending on the time of day. Additionally, the minibar cans were slightly dented.
